Embody Health is partnering with Sirrah House to offer a healthy getaway for creative spirits on the beautiful island of St. Lucia.

July in St. Lucia (Eastern Caribbean Island)

Exclusive 4-day “Healthy + Creative Spirits” getaway package.

July 1-4, 2011

* 4 night stay at a beautiful private vacation home, “Sirrah House.”

* Transportation provided to and from both major airports, and nearby beaches.

* Healthy, fresh meals prepared by a nutrition expert.

* Open stocked kitchen available for your independent schedule.

* Beautiful patio with magnificent ocean views available for your painting, visual arts, or other creative projects.

* Optional private one-on-one classes with a caring, compassionate teacher for fitness, yoga-inspired movement, and/or voice training.

* Optional day-trips with transportation from the house for easy excursions and entertainment.

Guests may arrive on the evening of June 30, or leave on the morning of July 5, in order to accommodate flexible flight times.

Optional excursions through selected tours by independent operators such as a catamaran sail to waterfalls, and volcano or zip line adventures. Your air travel, optional excursions, and classes are paid separately. Classes range from US$50-$75 per class and excursions range from US$100-$150 for day trips.

The Sirrah House getaway package provides you warm hospitality by organizing housing, food, transportation, and a supportive environment for a relaxing, healthy, and spiritual getaway.  Please see the Facebook page for more photos of Sirrah House.

In this 6 bedroom home, limited reservations available, based on early application, and common interests for a harmonious stay.

Early birds save $100 if application is confirmed, and registration fee paid in full by May 12th. All guests are requested to submit a non-refundable deposit of US$150 in order to hold their reservation.

Lodging selections: Two rooms have a private bathroom, two rooms have a shared bathroom, and one deluxe suite has its own bathroom and kitchen on a separate floor. The first two confirmed guests with paid deposit will be assigned rooms with private bathrooms.

Deluxe suite (for 1 person or 2 to share Queen-sized bed): US$1145 (Early bird special: $1045)
